Our policies to make your escape room experience fun and safe

• All games will automatically be made as private no matter how many participants are in your group.

  • This will ensure that your team will never play a game with people you do not know. Book online as usual and the booking system will automatically block out the remaining spaces. If you need to add more to your group, please call or contact us and we can update any payment due when you arrive or over the phone.

• We ask that all waivers be completed before arriving.

  • There will be a link to the waiver on the booking confirmation email or you can click on the waiver link on the menu at the top of this website.

• All bookings are non-refundable

  • You have the option to reschedule up to 12 hours before the actual game start time. If you need to add members to your group after a booking has been made please contact us by phone or through our contact us form.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that does not follow our policies and may be asked to leave.
